RIZE Pneumococcal Vaccination Best Practices Learning Collaborative
Overview
AMGA Foundation, with support from Pfizer, launched a 12-month initiative focused on helping medical groups develop and implement strategies to vaccinate high-risk adults 19-64 with underlying medical conditions based on the 2022 ACIP pneumococcal vaccine guidelines in primary care and specialty clinical settings. The collaborative began in December 2022 and concluded in April 2024.
The RIZE Pneumococcal Vaccination Best Practices Learning Collaborative (Pneumococcal Vaccination Collaborative) was designed to provide a platform for participating organizations to improve both clinical and economic outcomes for this patient population through the development and implementation of quality improvement projects, best practice sharing, and peer learning.
