Hotel Reservations
Your conference registration confirmation email will contain a dedicated hotel reservation link to the Gaylord Texan. You must use this link to receive the special AMGA conference rate of $299 per night (incudes resort fee). After Friday, February 21, 2025, discounted rates and availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Sending a large group? Contact Adam Powers at registrations@amga.org with your confirmed registrations no later than Friday, January 24, 2025 for assistance with reserving a sub-block of rooms.
Beware of Housing Poachers
A company called Conventioneers has been emailing AMGA members with special codes and hotel options. This is a scam. Please ignore any communications from this company or any other companies offering hotel rooms. If you booked a reservation through the Conventioneers email, please cancel it and notify your credit card company. There is no guarantee of any reservations made through this company, and you risk not having accommodation during the conference if you book outside our conference hotel block.
AMGA encourages you to reserve your room through the dedicated reservation link provided in your conference registration email. Any email or telephone solicitations from third parties identifying themselves as an official AMGA housing representative are unauthorized. Please delete these messages and ignore further requests.
