      Discounts

      Early Registration: The Early Bird Rate expires Friday, February 14
      Group Discount: Four (4) or more paid general conference registrations from the same healthcare organization or corporate partner organization will receive a $100 discount per general conference registration. Contact Adam Powers at 703.838.0033 ext. 342 or registrations@amga.org for assistance.

      With 21 concurrent peer-to-peer breakout sessions, two immersion sessions, five deep dives, poster session presentations and ten role-based Leadership Councils, there is content for your entire executive team. Consider bringing your entire board and hosting a strategic planning session. AMGA will help you find space in the hotel to use for a retreat.  
      Member Rates: AMGA member medical groups and corporate partners save  on full registration prices. If you are interested in attending and would like to become a member of AMGA to obtain the member rate, or if you are unsure of your membership status, please contact Jessica Prior, director, membership development, at jprior@amga.org or 703.838.0033 ext. 392.

      Cancellations

      February 14, 2025: Cancellation requests must be sent to AMGA in writing by Friday, February 14, 2025, to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee.
      February 15 - March 14, 2025: Cancellations between February 15 and March 14 have the option to obtain a letter of credit (for one year) for a future AMGA activity. 
      After March 15, 2025: After March 15, AMGA will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Substitutions are welcome if you cannot attend. Please email registrations@amga.org.
