This collaborative effort by two national compensation survey providers takes a fresh approach by capturing variation between organizations and within specialties to highlight various components and external factors influencing nurse compensation.

The 2025 Nursing Specialty Compensation & Pay Practices Survey will provide valuable data and fresh insights in several key areas, including:

      • How differences in types of specialty, level of care, and care settings impact nursing compensation

      • How the components of nursing compensation vary by specialty and care setting
