Lessons Learned from a RIZE High Performer

Specifically, we’ll hear from Wendy Scheckel, RN-BC, PhD, chief information officer, and Nikki Mensing, MA, BSN, RN, director of operations. Dr. Scheckel pairs her administrative responsibility with her passion for helping clinical staff optimize technology to provide more efficient, high-quality patient care. Ms. Mensing oversees the division of primary care, where she is focused on improving workflows and identifying other efficiencies to enhance the patient and employee experience. Together, they have focused on advancing immunization care, and as a result, Olmsted Medical Center has seen notable improvements in vaccination rates during the RIZE campaign.
