      Value Roundtable Summit

      Join top health system and medical group executives for an exclusive event dedicated to expanding, optimizing, and scaling Value-Based Care (VBC). This dynamic gathering will feature industry leaders sharing real-world strategies to drive better patient outcomes, improve financial performance, and leverage innovation. Participants in this meeting can also chose to add the AMGA Capitol Hill Day to their registration, no registration fee to participate in the lobbying activities.

      Networking Reception and Dinner

      The Executive Summit has a tradition of providing a memorable networking experience where attendees can more easily connect with one another on a personal level. Past locations include Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, Penske Racing Museum, U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, National World War II Museum, and more. Our January location will be announced soon.

      Private Online Discussion Board

      To help facilitate the networking before (and after) the meeting, a private online community connects attendees with all registrants for the upcoming and prior meetings. In addition to being a repository of prior presentations, members can ask each other questions, share insights, and offer content suggestions for hot topics and future meeting.

      Your event registration gives you access to all activities during the Summit – from the welcome reception to the networking dinner. Spouses are welcome to join attendees for the reception on Wednesday and networking dinner on Thursday for an additional fee.

      The physician shortage is forcing systems and groups to fight two battles at once: filling the roles open right now and building the supply that will exist five years from now. Recruitment and pipeline development often get treated as separate problems, owned by different people and funded from different budgets, but the groups navigating workforce pressure most successfully treat them as one continuous system.

      In this interactive tabletop exercise, attendees will work through real recruitment and pipeline scenarios pulled directly from the other organizations in the room. Working through the scenarios in small peer groups, you'll stress test your own approach, hear what others are doing, and leave with practical strategies for closing today's gaps while building tomorrow's bench.
